I just looked again at my checklist of requirements for the master's degree I'm working on, and found a nice surprise: after this semester (assuming I finish my thesis this semester), I'll need just one more course to graduate. I thought it was going to be one or two semesters more.

Also, that final course is an elective; I can take whatever I want. Wonder what they'll be offering next spring?

Wedding

Left-handed Peruvian Basketweaving? Take something fun and different, is my advice.

Probably, yeah

Maybe a robotics course; that'd be fun.

Yup. We've got that Mindstorms set in among the Lego Alexx gave us.

If you can acess the Spring 2006 catalog, I expect it would have 90% overlap with the 2007.

Good point. Let's see...AI, robotics, networking. AI might be interesting.

We'll see.

Or something theoretical-but-cool, which might be in the workforce or your future 5-10 years ahead.

Yeah. If they offer parallel processing next Spring (it's in the catalog; don't know how often it's taught), I'd consider that.

They offer things based on interest, I imagine. So you should write to whomever is in charge of it, and say you're interested.
