Napalm--pass it on

Italian media is reporting that they have proof that the US attacked civilians with napalm and white phosphorus in its failed invasion of Fallujah last year. Phosphorus, like sodium, burns on contact with water; any moisture will set it off. Its nominal use is for illuminating a target area; using it on people is a violation of the chemical weapons treaty the US signed in 1997. The flesh it touches melts away like butter under a blowtorch.

There's also another Italian site that has picked up the story, with picturesvery graphic. If you don't want to look, just remember the canonical picture of the burning girl in Mai Lai. These are worse.

Spread the word. Tell your Congresspeople, tell the media. This cannot be ignored.

It is time to take Bush down, before he burns more children in our name.

Here's another perspective (3rd post down, user "Lizard_King") that I think is worth looking at. Not that he doesn't have his own bias, of course...
