Wolfowitz at the World Bank?

Before the invasion of Iraq, Paul Wolfowitz asserted that Iraqi oil revenues would be enough to pay for the reconstruction. They weren't; after the invasion, Iraq no longer had the physical or societal infrastructure to export oil.

Today, George W. has named Paul Wolfowitz to run the World Bank. The World Bank works for economic improvement in developing countries, largely by funding improvements to the physical and societal infrastructure.

What's next? Key Lay to run the GAO?

Oh, no, I have nothing against the GAO; just used for the sake of dissonance.
